1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CallShield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

CallShield provides AI-powered call screening and spam blocking. Screening accuracy is high but not guaranteed; you remain responsible for calls you choose to answer or return.

3. Free trial and billing

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your selected plan bills monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in Settings; cancellation stops future charges.

4. Acceptable use

• Use CallShield only for lawful purposes and numbers you control.
• Do not use the service to harass, defraud, or intercept others' communications.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every spam call will be blocked or that every legitimate call will be connected.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallShield is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from missed, blocked, or screened calls.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
