These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CallShield AI (the “Service”), operated by Auto Layer Systems (“CallShield,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CallShield provides an AI-powered phone answering service that answers, qualifies, and routes calls on your behalf, along with a dashboard for managing call handling, transcripts, and settings. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any phone numbers you connect to the Service.
3. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. We will not charge you unless you choose to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, your access to paid features ends when the trial concludes.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are month-to-month and you may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, to violate the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to recording and handling phone calls in your jurisdiction.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month if you are not satisfied — contact us and we will process your refund.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallShield and Auto Layer Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
